dio:content is mainly used in image management and runs as a repository for the Quark Publishing System (QPS) from Quark Systems. After production or archiving of the images, duplicate images are deleted, or alternatively the dio:content original is compared to the QPS version and updated. In addition to images, (ready to print) PDF documents and Quark projects (pages in production) are also managed.
