AUDI AG was looking for a solution to the problem of distributing information and communication media to importers and agents from all Audi marketing departments. picturesafe has developed a source of information that displays all the marketing activities on a single platform, and has also set up a database for providing all the image, text and data material of AUDI AG centrally for the creation of communication media worldwide. The system ensures that a uniform corporate identity is implemented around the globe, guarantees that the information is up to date and is also available for authorized users everywhere. In this way, picturesafe has enabled optimum cooperation between Audi and its importers and agents. The use of an online ordering system, time-savings thanks to downloads and reduced costs for supplying print media have helped to optimize the production of communication media and are just some of the positive side-effects of the picturesafe solution. Analyses of data access and user behavior are also possible and can be used as a basis for invoicing. The intuitive user interface enables the vast database to be accessed simply and quickly. This solution is hosted in the picturesafe computer centre.
